My son had me purchase a controller in late March 2012. It never came. My card was charged. I tried contacting them by phone with no return call and e-mailed them. They send an e-mail back saying they will get back to you within 24 hours and never do. I finally contacted my bank and they are crediting me back the money. read full review »
