I am a former (recent) employee there. It is dishonest to the customer and even worse to the employees who work there. Most of them actually care about the customers but once you get to the supervisors- they are incompetent, two faced with double standards. My favorite part about that horrible mess of a company is the fact that it's a communications company and they know NOTHING about communicating!
