I have been a customer of localnet for well over 15 years. While the service has been good in those years I recently had a problem with canceling and getting a refund for the balance of time that was still left on my account, $99. I emailed to let them know I was canceling, they said no problem I'd have service to the end of the month and I would get a refund, credited to my charge card.
