Dear Sir or Madam: This letter was addressed to my son. The letter stated that he was a 2nd Place Winner for the UK/USA CONSUMER REWARD PROMOTION DRAW. There was also a check enclosed in the amount of $2,500.00 to offset the TAX FEE of $1,900.00 and that there would be a 2% Administrative Charge applied.
