Dead's not good enough A family member recently passed who had service with Central secuity Group. When calling to terminate service, we were asked to provide multiple legal documents, such as a death certificate, copy of the will, probate letters, etc. After these were sent, CSG continued to make automatic withdrawals form the deceased's bank account.
