We contracted Ubuywehaul with Paula and Jay in early December to pick up a sled (a Christmas gift for my 8 year old son) from MN and deliver to MI. We paid the 450 fee via WesternUnion on December 5th, 2012, they picked up the sled, and then just vanished with it!! Over a month of trying to contact them via email and telephone, and they refuse to answer or even acknowledge my daily requests.
