I ordered a product that was shown as being in stock in November 2012 as a Christmas present for my son, and tried contacting them once through email and at least three times by the phone until halfway into January 2013. Their customer service is never there even through their office hours, their management staff was never there, and I never received any calls back despite leaving them a number and information.
