I was looking for information on government grants when I came across this organization. They would not provide any info. unless I first paid $1.99. So I paid $1.99 on 3/03/09, didn't get any info. on grants, and then was charged $94.89 without authorization, on my credit card on 3/12/09. I called their telephone number and was informed that the "terms and conditions" (which I never saw, and which was NOT on the web page) stated I would be charged again, after a seven day free trial.
