In June I cancelled my service with ADT. I sold my house and moved to another state. They told me I would have a credit balance and they would send a check to my forwarding address. I have called about four times now and have been told that the balance has been credited to the credit card that was on file. This is the same card that was used to pay the monthly service and in fact was a debit card with my bank. I closed that account and card back in July. I have contacted the bank and they tell me that they can not credit a closed account. I... read full review »
