I called back to tell them to stop harassing me. Have never had a Cap 1 card and I am on the do not call list. Turns out someone with different middle initial opened an acct w/my phone number and the rest of my name. I gave my address to Cap 1 so that they could send me fraud info and straighten this out. Today I rec'd a letter asking for every piece of my info including copy of license and copy of ss card, etc telling me they would straighten it out.
