I thought I would never get my money back. After 8 weeks of calling Chickdowntown customer service and being promised credit within 24 hrs (to no avail) - I turned the issue over to American Express. After another 8 weeks, I finally got my money back. Chickdowntown didn't even bother answering inquiries from American Express. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company - ever.
