To whom it may concern: I lived in Briar Glenn Apartments for five years and now have come down to the last month of my lease. My wife and I have called the apartment manager here on several occasions about maintenance in our apartments. We have to bathrooms that they spray latex over that is pealing off, a bathroom floor that is loose. I could go on.
