I authorized a charge of $2.99 to get information disc about government grants. The website then charged my credit card with an additional charge of $94.89 which they stated could be refunded in full if I completed an on line refund form. I cannot access this form when trying to log in. They state my log in info is not recognized. Please help me get this refund.
