I am trying to start a small business and I came across "Grant funding search" site. They said for a small fee ($1.98) I would get a cd containing information on how to apply for government grants. I would have to cancel my membership in 7 days not to get charged $70.00. I cancelled with in the deadline and thought the matter was closed. Then a charge of $47 showed up on my account from a company I had never heard of, let alone had any dealings with.
