I took out, and paid for an online insurance policy with this company for my daughter and myself. On inspection of the policy when it arrived, i noticed that they had got my date of birth wrong. When i phoned up to explain they told me that my daughter was NOT covered! and tried to blame the online process for allowing the transaction going through. My daughter was most upset as this is only the first year on the road for her, and she had effectively been driving totally unaware that she was not insured.
