First they didn't put my numbers under the same account. Then didn't inform me that the promotion wouldn't start until I paid a full bill.. I had to send one of my back(cost to me) to get fixed.. Kept getting the run around about when I would receive it back because it was on back order( which I wasn't told)... It took 2 months to get the phone back then I had to email customer service in order to get something taking off my bill..
