Paid the shipping for the CD and never heard from them again. The CD was impossible to understand or use. I was not able to contact them again after receiving the CD. They charged me $2.29 for shipping and it was just downloaded and it said it was Free so there shouldn't have been any shipping charge. Now they have charged me $39.95 on 4-13-2009, and I want my credit card credited for that unauthorized charge and for the Shipping Charge that was Bogus. They were supposed to help me get a Grant from the US Government or other large Business, but they have not helped me in any way. I have already been Scammed for $13, 000.
