The company charge my card $74.95 without my permission. I called the company two different times and was promised a refund. The last time I called, spoke with Charlie #29, he said I should have my refund by April 23rd or 24th, 2009. I still have not received my refund. I attempted to telephone company today, April 25, 2009, the call will not even go through. Is there anyway I can receive some assistance in this problem? Thank you. read full review »
