First, you have to send emails I don't see a way to call them. Secondly, after the first problem is reported "open ticket" you cannot write them to check on the status of the problem because you will get a message that says "message denied open ticket pending." So I have been waiting over a week for a response to a part that was supposedly shipped 12 days ago. DON'T BOTHER WITH PARTS GEEK! read full review »
