Wow thank goodness I found that we are not the only ones out there having such a terrible experience with this company. Our house was flooded January 15, 2009 by a broken line to the dishwasher. After fighting with the insurance company (which I thought was bad enough) the check to fix things came to both ASC and us. So in the mail it went and the battle began. Asc has had the insurance check since March 6th and we have been dealing with these people by phone since then. They can send you into a rage.
