The manager, Brooks Roberts, of the Comfort Suites in Mt. Pleasant SC, is rude and insensitive. I am a breast cancer patient who came to S.C. for surgery. At the last minute I was able to find free lodging at the Hope Lodge for cancer patients. I was unable to give him the required 24 hour notice to Comfort Suites due to late notification from hope Lodge, and the hotel information packed in my checked bag.
