Ordered the complete box set of Columbo and received them in a video casette box(which was damaged), each disc was separated only by a plastic covering. Poor presentation and poor quality. They are pirated copies of the box set, some of which were recorded from the TV. I have tried to contact the company via emails and got no response. I found the web site through amazon.co.uk.
