This card deserved to be closed for the customer service. I used it for Yellow Cab, cab person charged $754 instead of $75.40 cents. I got the yellow cab folks called them and 3 months now the amount is still on the card. I closed this card as they were not helping me after spending 2 hours with them on the phone. Funny you call at different times to them you get a different answer as to what to do for taking the amount off. Now after 3 months after cancellation they charge $75 annual fee for closed credit card and a $5 finance charge for the dispute amount. read full review »
