What this company does is sinful. This device locks me out for no reason. I turn my car on and off EXACTLY the way the company instructs me to and it locks me out. I have to pay a ransom of $82.00 to get Intoxalock to unlock it. When I call the company they just say that the device shows that my car key was in "the forward position before I turned on the device", which is total BS. I turn on the device and wait a good 20 secs before I even put my keys in my car. Then, when I turn off my car I wait the whole 2 mins to count... read full review »
