My doctor sent me to Lincare to get a CPAP device. The people at Lincare initially gave me equipment that didn't fit. The person I was supposed to meet with for the fitting was unavailable so the receptionist got the assignment of working through my fitting with me. She clearly had no idea what she was doing. After several swaps and trips to Woodinville I finally got nasal pillows which work. Since that time Lincare has repeatedly sent me the incorrect parts for the gear I formally returned.
