I called in the middle of the afternoon April 22nd to arrange for a puppy training class for my year and a half Chihuahua. Well, when I asked the girl that answered the phone if she could tell me what the puppy training classes cost, she promptly hung up the phone. All she said to me was the "Petco. How may I help you?" Lets just say I was extremely offended. I quickly took my business to Petsmart.
