Never, Never go to Capital One Auto for any loan. We have had a loan with Capital One Auto and paid them off. We got another loan with them, fell behind in payments and wanted to refinance through a hardship, they wouldn't allow us because we haven't paid on the car for 24 months, so therefore we either had to catch up on the payments or do a voluntary reposession.
