It has been noted that our monthly phone bill is being charged a monthly service to Rocket Communications SVCS, Inc. at a rate of $12.85 per month. This is not a service that we signed up for or want. I have tried contacting them and continue to received a voice mail indicating office is currently closed, high volume of calls, etc. The voice mail now indicates they are closed through the holidays. We have received charges the past three months for a total of $41.19 which I would like credited back to my account as well as any future services disconntinued. read full review »
