It is not Ibuys fault. A company called Monessen bought fireplace giants like vermont castings and Majestic. They are the only ones who make the parts and it is completely up to them on whether or not they keep making a certain parts. Alot of the parts are made to order so it takes like a minimum of 2-3 weeks.Monessen makes fireplace parts that they know no one else can so why rush ? Ive used Ibuy a few times and the staff was always courteous and helpful. read full review »
