Halso served my aga on 18/11/08 stated that a new blast tube was needed. part was ordered & fitted on21/11/08. on 13/12/08 the aga caught fire .halso more senior engineer called admitted that it was the young guy's fault that it had not been assembled correctly & had combusted leaking fuel. they offered to put right the aga but having spoke to a few people it would seem that i wasn't the first to have problems with this company.
