I received advertising mail through the post and decided to order some children's books. The books offered were at a very reasonable rate for joining the book club. I was supposed to buy up to 4 books a year. When the catalog came to choose more books to buy, they were absolutely extortionate prices which I could not afford. On 15/7/09 I wrote a letter to cancel my membership. I received no reply to this letter but the company kept sending me catalogs and even sent books I did not order, which I had to return.
