I had to call five times in an attempt to cancel future shipments. The first four times I got disconnected after they had me on hold several times each call and claimed they couldn't find my account information, so I had to keep calling back. They also kept acting like they couldn't understand me. They kept misinterpreting my account numbers and my email address, probably hoping I'd get so frustrated I'd hang up.
