My complaint is with DVDMediaStar company. They are selling Crossing Jordan DVDs that they copied from an A & E marathon and charging well over one hundred dollars for them. I ordered seasons 1-6 in DVD format. What I received was very incomplete and some of it was of poor quality. When I contacted them regarding these problems, they just blew me off saying they had never had any complaints before mine. I recently ordered the series Crossing Jordan DVD discs for seasons 1-6. What I received was a two small box set of some of the series which they recorded from a Crossing Jordan marathon from A & E. When I contacted them, they blew me off with something like a form letter which addressed none of the problems with set I had received which was an INCOMPLETE set. They are guilty of TV piracy and selling DVDs that are not legal. I have received no satisfaction from this company and urge others to do NO business with them.
