I received a Free Trial, called on 3/31 to cancel and received a confirmation number. I received a charge on my bill on 4/1. When I called about that, they told me they would refund it, but tried to talk me into keeping it again and would not refund the Foreign Transaction Charge even though a charge should have never been put on the card. They would not transfer me to a supervisor. read full review »
