I am writing in a complaint that happened about 4 years ago. I purchased custom made angel eye headlights from AEDCENTRAL.COM. I called them on the phone and they said we would have the custom made headlights between October and November of 2004. I contacted AEDCENTRAL about 6 months ago to see when about I am going to get the headlights and they advised me around the last week of November 2008.
