I received a call like this 8/18/2010 from (559) 715-4103, claiming they will sue me for US Express Loan for $500 then it changed to US Cash Advance Loan for $300 when she passed the phone to the " Legal Department". I can't believe they are tring to scam people and can't even speak english well, or get the story streight. What is this world coming to? read full review »
