I was online the other day, and I was surprised that there are so many negative, and even abusive reviews and complaints. Who cares where the call center is located if the casting calls and work are located in the US? When you call about your phone bill or get tech support, 90% of the time you are calling somewhere outside of the US anyway. Everyone outsources nowadays.
