Purchased a bed and boxspring for my mom on a Friday. The salesperson assured us everything was in stock and could be delivered on Monday. We said Wednesday would be better. A call Tuesday late evening said the boxspring (low profile) did not arrive. They changed our delivery day to Saturday. There were no calls as promised for the estimated delivery time.
