No siren installed. Digital transmitter not working for months, each time I called to request service for the lack of siren and non-working digital transmitter, I was put on hold for one hour and twenty minutes one occasion and thirty minutes the next. When I would finally get a person on the phone, they were extremely unhelpful, rude, and gave me no options for solving the problems that I had with the system.
