I am writing this letter to protest the illegal and unethical business practices of Smooth Fitness, Inc. On March 17, 2008 I placed a phone order for an elliptical machine from Doug. I was told that the product was in stock and I would receive it in seven to ten days. On March 26th, I called to inquire about the order. I talked to Nicole and I was told that it was on back order and they would receive units on March 29th and would start shipping immediately.
