On April 25th 2009, it was our senior and junior prom at Carroll High School in Monroe, LA. And some of the seniors and juniors including myself were going to eat out and celebrated after prom. So we decided to go to IHOP in West Monroe, LA. Which was only 10 minutes away from Monroe. Monroe is a small city were alot of people who live there are African-Americans.
