I have read so many complaints about this company, I too ordered a trial bottle of Acai Berry Then after reading about this company I called to cancel. Talked to several people on the phone they did answer, I cancelled my order and asked for an e-mail conformation # they said it would be 24-48 hours for that .I kept insisting I get the e-mail NOW. After asking for their address, they wanted to know why I said I want to send the product back, they said the don't take back opened bottles.
