My son has insurance through this agency and they have changed the premium several times due "additional findings in driving report" They wrongfully withdraw money from his account causing several overdrafts and canceled his policy without notice. We received a call that the policy was canceled and his own agent didn't know about the cancellation. His agent had been working with the agency to get his fees refunded and his policy straightened out but never communicated to the agent that they were canceling his policy.
