On 10/30/08 i placed an order for a piece of jewelry for my anniversary. It was a $300 dollar pendant that contained very brilliant and colorful jewels. It was about 1 inch by 1 inch in size. I needed it by 11/8/08 so I paid an additional 50$ rush order to get it to me in time for the anniversary. To my dismay, the order never arrived. I called several times in November and December and they told me that my order was on back order.
