The magazine's a good one, but the customer disservice people are snotty and rude! I'm an administrative assistant for a professional organization, and we got a phone call offering us a free subscription. They asked for my previous boss, who had retired. I politely explained that she was no longer with the organization and asked if I could help with anything.
