did you get a custom graphic? If so that proof will not and did not show up on your invoice. If you did get proof with YOUR invoice, it is likely that they changed they way they are sending it because of my experience, in which case, this makes my efforts all worth while to help protect consumers. LIES! I have the email with the proof that was approved, it is different than the one that is on the board...you all even admitted you messed that up!! Now your lying and saying you didn't? Tiki soul, say want you want. the saddest thing is that you are in the wrong, and you won't give a REAL apology. In fact, i have both the email proof of the graphic that i approved, that was wrong! and an email from you admitting you did it wrong! To say that you ignore email chains is cop out. The email chain was not long at all, and that is how we communicated to make sure that companies like yours don't pull crap like this. read full review »

Tiki Soul got my order wrong and did nothing. I ordered a short board and they sent me a long board. They say i didn't read my invoice or the the proof. But i have an email chain that confirms my order of a different proof. They also send their invoice from a third party that is not of the business name "Tiki Soul" and have you pay through PayPal...Very SKETCHY.
