did you get a custom graphic? If so that proof will not and did not show up on your invoice. If you did get proof with YOUR invoice, it is likely that they changed they way they are sending it because of my experience, in which case, this makes my efforts all worth while to help protect consumers. The decal that is on the surfboard is the EXACT same one that Erin approved. I have the email as well. We did admit that we did not transfer the information correctly from all our long emails chains to the PayPal invoice. That is why the client gets a detailed invoice because emails get confusing, deleted, changed and on and on. Again that is why you are responsible for proofing the detailed invoice before making payment, a FACT that you have not yet admitted to. Of the thousands and thousands of custom surfboards we've made for clients like Hyatt, Marriott, Sonic, and the Diy Network show YardCore, (just to name a few) this is the absolute 1st time a client just did not read their proof and paid it anyway. We have had to make changes to custom invoices for clients who have seen a typo like a misspelled word, or simply changed something because a client has changed their mind, without incident for over 10 years now and we are more than happy to supply anyone who asks with references.
