I bought a laptop via a deal, ie., laptop free but pay for broadband £35 per month. No real problems as yet, but today I tried to set up an email account only to find I needed to contact my 'provider', 3G, to find out my server details. Unfortunately the telephone number given by 3G continuously goes dead. Therefore, not only am I unable to resolve a simple problem, I now have the worry that I am paying for the next year and 8 months for something that may go seriously wrong and not be able to contact 3G to resolve anything... read full review »
