Pipex claims that I owe them £33-56 rental plus admin charges which I have demonstrated to them that I do not. I have also offered to pay their claim if they can demonstrate that I do owe them money. They have made no effort to do this. You can speak to the customer services who say that they understand and will write to their financial dept to clear up the matter I.E. Tell them that i do not owe anything but their financial dept never seem to get the letter as at the end of the following month I get yet another threatening letter... read full review »
