Ordered a lcd tv and stand worth £615.44 on 10th jan 09 received a email saying i should received in 5-10 days. Week later rang them up and was told will be another week, week later rang up and was told another week, this went on till 6th feb 09 so i canceled on that date and was told i would receive refund in 5 days, week later rang up and was told would be another 5 days, so i sent a recorded letter telling them they have 30 days from 6th feb to pay up. I have rang them 3 more times and sent 4 more emails and still no refund ! Also... read full review »
